About GMP Airport
Gimpo International Airport is one of South Korea’s busiest airports, handling more than 41 million passengers in 2017. The airport has been expanding rapidly in recent years, and now covers a total area of 1,020 hectares (2,590 acres). The airport has undergone several expansions and upgrades, including the construction of a new international terminal that was completed in March 2019.
