The University of Illinois Willard Airport (CMI) is located in Champaign, Illinois and is operated by the University of Illinois. The airport serves the Champaign-Urbana metropolitan area and surrounding communities. CMI is a general aviation airport with three runways and over 100 based aircraft. The airport is also home to the University of Illinois Institute of Aviation.
